JOB DETAILS:

AVIC International Engineering Project Company, based in Kitwe, is seeking experienced professionals to join our team for ongoing engineering projects. We are looking for skilled individuals in the following positions:

1. Tipper Drivers (10 Positions)

Location: Kitwe
Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate tipper trucks to transport materials to and from construction sites.
• Ensure safe and efficient vehicle operation in compliance with traffic regulations.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and trips.

Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License (appropriate class for tipper trucks).
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a tipper driver in construction or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of road safety and vehicle handling.
• Ability to work under pressure and adhere to schedules.

2. Excavator Operators - Track Chains (2 Positions)

Location: Kitwe
Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate track chain excavators for digging and earth-moving tasks on construction sites.
• Ensure precise and safe operation of equipment to meet project specifications.
• Conduct daily equipment checks and report any mechanical issues.
• Collaborate with site supervisors to achieve project goals.

Requirements:

• Valid certification or license for operating track chain excavators.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience operating track chain excavators.
• Knowledge of construction site safety protocols.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a team.

3. Excavator Operators - Wheeled (3 Positions)

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate wheeled excavators for excavation and material handling on project sites.
• Perform tasks efficiently while adhering to safety and quality standards.
• Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Coordinate with other operators and site personnel to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Valid certification or license for operating wheeled excavators.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience operating wheeled excavators.
• Familiarity with construction equipment maintenance.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

4. Road Roller Operators (4 Positions)

• Operate road rollers to compact soil, gravel, asphalt, or other materials on construction sites.
