JOB DETAILS:

1. Accountant VMI (1 Position)

Location: Anywhere in Zambia
Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting, preferably with Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) systems
• Proficiency in financial software platforms (e.g., QuickBooks, MS Office)
• Strong understanding of inventory management and cost control

Responsibilities:

• Manage financial records and transactions related to Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) systems, ensuring accurate tracking of inventory costs and supplier payments.
• Prepare financial statements, budgets, and cost analyses for VMI operations.
• Collaborate with suppliers and the storekeeper to align inventory levels with project demands.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and provide reports to support strategic decision-making.

2. Manager Usage and Control (1 Position)

Location: Anywhere in Zambia
Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in resource management or control within the construction industry
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the efficient use and control of project resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize resource utilization and minimize waste.
• Monitor project budgets and ensure cost-effective operations.
• Supervise teams and coordinate with project managers to ensure timely project delivery.

3. Issuer: Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) (4 Positions)

Location: Anywhere in Zambia
Qualifications:

• Certificate or Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, Logistics, or a related field
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in construction logistics or safety equipment management
• Knowledge of PPE standards and safety regulations

Responsibilities:

• Issue and manage Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for construction site personnel, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of PPE inventory, issuance, and returns.
• Conduct regular checks to ensure PPE is in good condition and meets regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with site supervisors to ensure all workers are equipped with appropriate PPE.
