McSimons is currently seeking energetic, presentable, and customer-oriented individuals to join our front-line sales department. If you are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales targets, this opportunity is for you.
Available Positions: Total – 13
- 8 Male Front Sales Officers
- 5 Female Front Sales Officers
Position: Male Front Sales Officers (8 Vacancies)
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in customers.
- Promote and sell company products or services to clients.
- Provide detailed information on features and benefits of items offered.
- Respond to customer queries and concerns in a professional manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor.
- Support inventory checks and ensure stock levels are well monitored.
- Meet assigned daily and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of a Grade 12 Certificate; diploma in Sales, Marketing, or related field is an added advantage.
- Prior experience in customer service or sales is desirable.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Smart appearance and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.
Position: Female Front Sales Officers (5 Vacancies)
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers in a courteous and friendly manner.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and recommend suitable options based on customer needs.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service delivery.
- Process transactions accurately and handle returns or complaints efficiently.
- Contribute to the achievement of team and individual sales goals.
- Maintain the visual standards of the store, including displays and product arrangement.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of a Grade 12 Certificate; diploma in Marketing, Business, or Hospitality is an advantage.
- Experience in front-line customer service roles is preferred.
- Excellent grooming, communication, and organizational skills.
- Confidence in engaging with different types of customers.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
