JOB DETAILS:
1. Loader Operators (x10)
Responsibilities:
• Operate heavy machinery (loaders) to move materials such as ore, waste rock, and other mining-related materials.
• Conduct pre-operational checks and maintenance of equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
• Follow safety protocols and mining regulations while operating machinery.
• Collaborate with other mining personnel to ensure efficient material movement and workflow.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors.

Requirements:
• Valid certification or license to operate loaders.
• Previous experience in mining or construction environments is preferred.
• Knowledge of safety standards and procedures in mining operations.
• Physical fitness and ability to work in challenging conditions.

2. Human Resources (HR) Officers (x2)
Responsibilities:
• Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
• Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to improve workplace efficiency.

• Monitor control panels and instruments to ensure proper functioning of the winder system.
• Follow strict safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure the safety of personnel.
• Report any technical issues or malfunctions to maintenance teams.
