Our Successful Night Auditors…
• manage all tasks of customer service, including meetings with guests, site visits, discussions of options, managing compliments and complaints, maintaining the client database
• ensure all the Hotel’s outlets are audited at night in accordance with the Hotel’s procedures, then compile and distribute financial reports resulting from the audit
• ensure the Housekeeping and Reception service continues through the night for guest arrivals and requests
• check alarm systems and keep the Hotel Security informed of non-compliance
• build a competent & motivated team of accounting staff through confident and caring leadership
• work as part of a team or individually to deliver high quality standards

Qualifications & Experiences
• Full Grade Twelve (12) Certificate or equivalent
• Must have at least a Diploma in Hospitality Management or its equivalent from a highly reputable institution of learning
• Must have a minimum of two (02) years of Night Auditing experience
• Should be highly computer literate in Office Packages
• Knowledge in Opera System operations
