JOB DETAILS:
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and check-in guests during evening/night hours
Handle phone/email enquiries and reservations
Monitor guest house security and ensure guest safety
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Provide exceptional customer service at all times
Perform basic administrative duties and prepare morning handovers
Requirements:
Previous experience in hospitality or front desk reception is a plus
Must be available to work weekend night shifts
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge (booking systems, emails, etc.)
Responsible, trustworthy, and able to work independently
Friendly attitude and a professional appearance
Work Hours: 8
Experience: No Requirements
