Job description

To plan, organise, implement, and evaluate students’ educational programmes in theory and practice in order to improve quality of health care delivery.

Qualifications and experience required:

1. Must have a full Grade 12 School Certificate with at least five (5) Credits or better
2. Must have an earned Diploma in Registered Nursing (RN) or Registered Midwifery (RM)
3. Must have an earned Bachelor of Science in Nursing from a reputable and accredited University
4. Possession of MSc  in a relevant discipline will be an added advantage
5. Must have functional computer literacy
6. Must have a minimum of two (2) years working experience as a registered nurse
7. Having teaching experience at College or University level will be an added advantage
8. Possession of a Diploma/Certificate in Teaching Methodology will be an added advantage too
9. Must have a valid practicing Certificate from the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Zambia (NMCZ)
10. Must have good comprehensive and critical analytical skills
11. Must be able to communicate effectively in English language
12. Must be aassertive with high level of integrity
