About the Role

We're on the lookout for an energetic, forward-thinking nutritionist to join our Bonse Wellness team and help redefine what healthy eating means for Zambians. You'll work directly with individuals, corporate clients, and communities — delivering personalised nutrition consultations both in person and through our digital platform. If food is your passion and you believe wellness starts on the plate, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct one-on-one nutrition assessments and consultations — both in-clinic and via the Bonse Wellness digital platform
  • Develop personalised, culturally relevant meal plans and dietary programmes for diverse client groups
  • Design and deliver corporate nutrition workshops and workplace wellness sessions
  • Support clients managing chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and obesity through targeted nutrition intervention
  • Collaborate with the psychology and wellness team to deliver integrated, whole-person care
  • Create engaging wellness content — articles, social media posts, and in-app resources — that educate and inspire
  • Contribute to school-based nutrition awareness through our Bonse Young Minds programme
  • Maintain accurate client records in line with professional and data protection standards

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Science, or a related field
  • Registered with the Health Professions Council of Zambia (HPCZ) or eligible to register
  • Minimum 2 years of practical nutrition or dietetics experience post-qualification
  • Experience working in corporate wellness, community nutrition, or clinical nutrition settings
  • Deep understanding of Zambian food culture and the ability to design locally relevant, affordable meal guidance
  • Comfortable delivering consultations both in person and through digital or telehealth platforms
  • Excellent communication skills — able to translate complex nutrition science into practical, everyday advice
  • Passionate about preventive health, community wellness, and making a measurable difference
  • Young, vibrant, and thrives in a fast-moving, purpose-driven startup environment

Bonus

  • Experience with sports nutrition or fitness-focused dietary programming
  • Background in maternal, child, or school nutrition programmes
  • Familiarity with digital health platforms, wellness apps, or content creation
  • Knowledge of chronic disease prevention and lifestyle medicine principles

Why Bonse Hub?

  • Join a proudly Zambian company building digital health infrastructure for the entire African continent
  • Work as part of an integrated wellness team — alongside psychologists, fitness professionals, and health tech innovators
  • Flexible hybrid model that balances in-person client care with the convenience of digital consultations
  • Real opportunity to shape nutrition services from the ground up in a growing organisation
  • Competitive package and professional development support as we scale across African countries
