We are seeking an experienced, proactive Office Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day operations of our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and streamlining various aspects of the business, ensuring smooth operations across multiple departments, and maintaining high levels of efficiency and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Management: Oversee and manage daily operational tasks to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Financial & Data Management: Utilize Pastel, Sage 200, and Excel for data management, reporting, and financial record-keeping.

Compliance: Manage the integration of Sage 200 with ZRA Smart-Invoicing to ensure regulatory compliance and smooth invoicing processes.

Leadership & Supervision: Supervise and support staff to maintain productivity levels according to Director guidelines.

Communication: Coordinate directly with the Director or Deputy Director to ensure operations align with business objectives; provide regular reports on progress, challenges, and achievements.

Logistics & Retail Coordination: Collaborate with transporters to ensure seamless operations, specifically within the retail sector.

Facility Oversight: Responsible for the daily opening and closing of the office premises.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: A minimum of 3-6 years of experience in office management or a related field (retail sector experience is highly preferred).

Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Sage 200 Pastel, Excel, and proven experience with ZRA Smart-Invoicing integration.

Availability: Ability to adapt to flexible hours based on the workload.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong independent worker requiring minimal supervision.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to confidentiality.

NB: Logistics & Location: Residency within the Thabo Mbeki area or a 15 km radius
