JOB DETAILS:
Overall Job Purpose
Assist the Logistics Coordinator in ensuring smooth and prompt despatch, clearing, tracking and delivery of inbound and outbound spares, machinery and equipment.

Specific Job Responsibilities:
• Ensure all databases relating to shipment tracking are correctly maintained and up-to-date, and assist in roll-out of centralised cloud-based tracking system. Thereafter to monitor and ensure timeliness and accuracy of data provider input.
• Take responsibility for (non-concentrate) export documentation, shipping and return where applicable.
• Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the Coordinator.

Job Specific Competencies:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PRONTO.
• Comprehensive knowledge of internal company structure and procedures.
• Familiarity with practices, processes and procedures throughout the logistics chain.

Experience required to perform in this job:
• At least 3 years’ administrative/clerical experience in a similar environment in any manufacturing or producing industry.
• Familiarity with practices, processes and procedures throughout the logistics chain.

Qualifications:
• Grade 12 Certificate.
• Diploma or Degree Business Administration.
• Qualification in Logistics to be added advantage.
• ZCILT certificate.
