JOB DETAILS:

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mufulira for an On Air Presenter specializing in Current Affairs. The On Air Presenter will host and moderate on-air programs, conduct interviews, present current affairs, and keep listeners and viewers informed on a wide range of topics. Responsibilities include researching, preparing scripts, gathering insights, and ensuring delivery of engaging, professional content to a broad audience. Collaboration with the production team to align content with live broadcasts and organizational standards is essential. And Maintain Professional on air presence and uphold Mafken FM and TV’s Editorial standards.

Qualifications

• A Collage graduate from any field of study (Journalism is an added advantage)
• Strong Interest and Understanding of current affairs and Social issues
• Excellent Communication and Interviewing skills
• Ability to think critically and present balanced, well research perspectives
• Comfortable Speaking on Camera or radio with confidence and authenticity
• Prior experience in live broadcasting or journalism is also a plus.
