POSITION: Operations Manager

Codirect is looking for a professional Operations Manager with solid experience in a logistics or courier company. We need someone who can strengthen our operations, improve dispatch efficiency, and support the growth of our rider and agent network.

• Proven experience in logistics/courier operations
• Strong understanding of last-mile delivery
• Ability to manage riders, agents, and dispatch processes
• Good problem-solving and quick decision-making skills
• Organized, proactive, and able to work under pressure
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations at Codirect
• Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of parcels
• Recruit, train, and supervise riders & agents
• Monitor routes, performance, and operational KPIs
• Handle client issues and ensure service quality
• Work with management to implement efficient systems
