Job Ad – Operations Manager

An international company in the health and wellness industry, is seeking a dedicated and organised Operations Supervisor to coordinate and support its day-to-day activities in Zambia.

This role is a key position within a fast-growing organisation that manufactures and distributes wellness products such as nutritional supplements, beverages, personal care, and household items through a direct selling model. The company operates in over 180 countries and serves a global distributor base of more than 19 million people.

Key Responsibilities

 The Operations Supervisor will report to the Operations Manager and be responsible for:

Coordinating daily operations at the main branch and service centres across Zambia
Managing inventory levels, stock control, and ensuring timely order fulfilment
Assisting with sales performance tracking and supporting marketing initiatives
Supervising all product handling: receiving, warehousing, and dispatch
Maintaining accurate records for distributor/member registration and data updates
Supporting financial reporting, internal audits, and local compliance requirements
Assisting with onboarding, training, and performance monitoring for support staff and distributors

Candidate Requirements

 2–3 years minimum experience in an operations or supervisory role
Solid knowledge of inventory control systems, reporting tools, and compliance practices
Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
Ability to multitask, work independently, and thrive under pressure
Experience in FMCG, retail, health/wellness, or direct selling is an advantage
