Weaverbird Group is on a mission to revolutionize the online shopping experience across the country. As we expand our digital footprint, we’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Officer to join our team and help drive seamless, efficient, and customer-focused operations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily logistics and order fulfillment for our online platform
- Coordinate with vendors, couriers, and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock movement
- Support customer service teams with operational insights and escalations
- Collaborate with tech and marketing teams to improve the user experience
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
- Experience in e-commerce, retail operations, or supply chain management
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and online order management systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Passion for innovation and customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with e-commerce regulations and internal policies
Experience needed:
Minimum 2 to 3 years experience
Work Hours: 8
