Background

Aurumblaze Mining LTD is seeking an Operations Supervisor.

Responsibilities

Bridge the gap between senior management and shift bosses, conducting site walk-throughs to ensure daily mine targets are being met efficiently.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma In Mining Engineering
• Grade 12 Certificate
• Blasting Certificate (BL)
• First Aid Certificate
• At least 3 years practical experience
• In possession of a Valid Silicosis certificate
• Fully paid-up member of the EIZ
• Excellent Supervisory Skills
• Computer literacy with basic skills and ability to work with basic Ms applications
• Excellent communication skills
• Result Driven

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: professional certificate
