JOB DETAILS:
We are looking for:
– High sense of responsibility – Motivated and eager to learn, self starter and driven – Get things done without minimal supervision – A structured professional who can plan and coordinate work tasks – Project management, administration and sales experience – Good direct and proactive communication skills incl. giving presentations – Technical background/ understanding would be an add-on – Driver license preferred and own laptop preferred but can be provided – High level of team spirit and social person

Duties include but are not limited to:
– Actively develop and coordinate existing and new projects, develop sales pipeline – Steer the local operation: License application, handling logistics/import – Business development: Develop partnerships/ sales/ customer service – Coordination of our co-working office – Help with planning of task of the team – Administrative task (e.g. oversee accounting) – Frequent exchange with the Swiss team and other project management
