Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and take dine-in, takeaway, and phone orders accurately
- Enter orders into the POS system and communicate clearly with kitchen staff
- Answer guest questions about menu items, ingredients, and specials
- Handle payments and issue receipts
- Maintain a clean and organized order counter
What We’re Looking For:
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work fast during busy hours
- Basic math and POS experience is a plus
- Positive attitude and team player
