JOB DETAILS:
• The Agent shall have at minimum a diploma in any related field.
• Customer service skills: Standardize testing through service and sales assessment tools
• English: Strong command of the English language tested through interviewing.
• Attention to Detail: Demonstrating a thorough concern for all the areas involved
• Clear Enunciation: Clearly understood articulation of English.
• Voice Quality: Phone interviews to test inflection and quality of voice
• Standard/Advanced EXCEL Knowledge: Demonstrate the ability to produce graphs and tables, use spreadsheets efficiently, and perform calculations and automation to process data.
• Suitability for Work Environment: Experience in Analytical roles or a clear understanding of the requirements.
