About PRS
PRS 365 Ltd (PRS) is a consulting firm that works to provide innovative solutions to Africa’s development and business challenges. We do this by delivering three services: research, project management and human capacity growth services, that lead to improved business, government and donor outcomes. Each of our services approaches problems differently whilst working together to deliver relevant and impactful solutions. Our work cuts across multiple geographies and sectors including Finance, Agriculture and the Social Sectors.

Our Services
Research:
We conduct business and development research on behalf of organisations working in various sectors. Assignments are conducted to generate insights and solutions that precisely meet each organisation’s needs. This ranges from business research and solutions relevant to the private sector, to project impact evaluations that assess the effect of development initiatives.

Project Management:
We provide project design and management services on behalf of commercial and development agencies working in various sectors. Projects are implemented to successfully deliver organizational goals while achieving necessary commercial and social impact. This ranges from testing business innovations to delivering strategic development initiatives, aimed at improving people’s wellbeing.

Human Capacity Growth:
We provide capacity-building programs to build proficiency in individuals that leads to institutional growth. Assignments are conducted to ensure individuals obtain and retain knowledge, skills and experience through innovative participatory training methods.

The PRS Associate Development Program
The 2022 PRS Associate Development Program is a graduate trainee program that recruits a wide range of Master’s and bachelor’s level graduates. Graduate trainees undergo an intensive capacity building program and are developed into high-impact professionals that are able to play a pivotal role in driving positive change locally and in Africa. The program offers exciting long-term career progression opportunities within PRS and exposure to working on projects in various fields and sectors.

Eligibility Criteria
• Master’s Level Cohort
• Have both a master’s and bachelor’s degree in any field
• Not more than 2 years of work experience. Candidates with no work experience are equally eligible.
• Bachelor’s Level Cohort
• Candidates with no work experience are equally eligible.
• 30 years old or below
