JOB DETAILS:
The Paediatric Lecturer will teach and guide students in pediatrics, contribute to curriculum development, and participate in clinical activities and research.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging and interactive lectures in pediatric medicine.
• Supervise students during clinical placements and rotations.
• Develop and assess course materials and exams.
• Contribute to curriculum design and improvement.
• Participate in research activities and publish findings in reputable journals.
• Mentor students in both academic and professional development.
• Collaborate with hospital partners to ensure quality clinical training.

Qualifications and Requirements:
• MMED in Paediatrics or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in lecturing at the university level.
• At least 5 years of clinical experience in pediatrics.
• Strong research background and a record of publications are desirable.
