JOB DETAILS:

Educational Qualifications:

• A minimum of a Master’s Degree in Accounting or related field.
• Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CA) is highly preferred.
• A Ph.D. or ongoing doctoral studies in Accounting is an added advantage.
• Teaching qualification is desirable but not mandatory.

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience or practical accounting experience in academia or industry.
• Experience delivering courses such as Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, or Auditing.
• Knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and audit standards is essential.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Expertise in accounting principles, financial reporting, and auditing practices.
• Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or SAP.
• Ability to link theory with real-world business accounting cases.
• Competent in using LMS and basic instructional technology.

Personal Attributes:

• Detail-oriented with a strong ethical outlook.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Committed to student success and academic integrity.

Additional Requirements:

• Evening teaching availability is essential.
