LSUC is inviting applications from suitably qualified individuals to fill up vacancies in various positions of Full – Time & Part- Time Lecturers as follows:

1. Lecturer/Instructor – General Agriculture
Responsibilities
§ Responsible for coordination of teaching programmes and for the proper use of teaching facilities
§ Responsible for the day-to-day control of classroom and workshop activities in the assigned area.
§ Any other duties as may be assigned by management

Qualifications
§ Grade 12 School Certificate or its equivalent
§ Diploma in Agriculture
§ Teaching Methodology Qualification added advantage
§ Accreditation to TEVETA as a Trainer is an added advantage
§ Computer knowledge literate
§ 5 Years’ Experience in Lecturing/Facilitation
§ 3 Years Industry in the field.

2. Lecturer/Instructor Metal Fabrication and Welding
Responsibilities
§ Responsible for coordination of teaching programmes and for the proper use of teaching facilities
§ Responsible for the day-to-day control of classroom and workshop activities in the assigned area.
§ Any other duties as may be assigned by management

Qualifications
§ Grade 12 School Certificate or its equivalent
§ Diploma/Craft Certificate in Metal Fabrication and Welding
§ Teaching Methodology qualification added advantage
§ Accreditation to TEVETA as a Trainer added advantage
§ Computer knowledge literate
§ 5 Years’ Experience in Lecturing/Facilitation
§ 3 Years Industry in the field.

3. Lecturer/Instructor in Plumbing and Pipe Fitting X 2
Responsibilities
§ Responsible for coordination of teaching programmes and for the proper use of teaching facilities
§ Responsible for the day-to-day control of classroom and workshop activities in the assigned area.
§ Any other duties as may be assigned by management

Qualifications
§ Grade 12 School Certificate or its equivalent
§ Architecture
§ Teaching Methodology qualification added advantage
§ Accreditation to TEVETA added advantage
§ Computer knowledge literate
§ 5 Years’ Experience in Lecturing/Facilitation
§ 3 Years Industry in the field.

4. Lecturer – Business Administration
Responsibilities
§ Responsible for coordination of teaching programmes and for the proper use of teaching facilities
§ Responsible for the day-to-day control of classroom and workshop activities in the assigned area.
§ Any other duties as may be assigned by management

Qualifications
§ Grade 12 School Certificate or its equivalent
§ Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration
§ Teaching Methodology qualification added advantage
§ Accreditation to TEVETA as trainer
§ Computer knowledge literate
§ 5 Years’ Experience in Lecturing/Facilitation
§ 3 Years Industry in the field.

5. Lecturer/Instructor General Hospitality and Food Production.
§ Responsible for coordination of teaching programmes and for the proper use of teaching facilities
§ Responsible for the day-to-day control of classroom and workshop activities in the assigned area.
§ Any other duties as may be assigned by management

Qualifications
§ Grade 12 School Certificate or its equivalent
§ Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering and Construction or Equivalent
§ Teaching Methodology qualification added advantage
§ Accreditation to TEVETA added advantage
§ Computer knowledge literate
§ 5 Years’ Experience in Lecturing/Facilitation
§ 3 Years Industry in the field.
