Zambia Vocational Entrepreneurship College (ZVEC Group) is currently inviting applications for part time lecturer jobs in Lusaka. We seek qualified and experienced professionals to join our team as part-time lecturers in specialized vocational disciplines. Located in New Kasama, Lusaka, these roles offer the opportunity to shape the next generation of skilled learners through practical and theory-based instruction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide instruction on food preparation, cooking techniques, menu planning, and presentation.
• Train learners on food hygiene, safety, and kitchen operations.

• Oversee practical cooking sessions and assess learner competencies.

Requirements:

• Recognised qualification in food production, culinary arts, catering, or related disciplines.
• Valid TEVETA trainer accreditation for the relevant subject and level.
• Teaching methodology certification compliant with TEVETA standards.
• Minimum of 3 years relevant industry experience.
• Food-handler health clearance is required prior to commencement of kitchen duties.
