Job Purpose
The Personal Assistant (PA) to the CEO will provide high-level administrative, organizational, and strategic support to ensure the efficient operation of the CEO’s office. The role requires a highly organized, proactive, and discreet individual who can manage confidential information, coordinate executive activities, and support decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, appointments, and priorities
- Coordinate and schedule high-level meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare high-quality PowerPoint presentations, Excel reports, and Word documents for executive use
- Attend meetings with the CEO, including travel to remote locations, and accurately document discussions, minutes, and action points
- Manage and respond to emails and phone communications on behalf of the CEO with professionalism and discretion
- Organize travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics for the CEO
- Maintain and manage confidential files, records, and sensitive information
- Track key action items and follow up to ensure timely execution
- Support internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Business Administration, Public Administration, Law, Mass Communication, or a related field
- Proven experience in a similar Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role, preferably supporting senior leadership

- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
