Purpose;

To manage the office of the Managing Director and support the daily activities of the division, ensuring smooth coordination, communication, and execution of administrative and operational tasks.

Reporting Relationship:

  • Functionally Reports to: Country CEO/MD
  • Administratively Reports to: Country CEO/MDKey

Responsibilities;

  • Manage the daily operations and activities of the Managing Director’s office.
  • Follow up on payment instructions and ensure timely execution.
  • Track and coordinate memos from the division/ directorate and route them for necessary approvals.
  • Handle internal and external calls/ messages on behalf of the Managing Director.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to all units under the division.
  • Acknowledge, sort, review, and disseminate internal and external correspondence appropriately.
  • Arrange local and international travel for the Managing Director.Perform ad hoc assignments as delegated by the Managing Director.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs);

  • Timely execution of assigned tasks
  • Effectiveness in task completion
  • Efficiency in managing responsibilities

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent reporting and writing skills
  • Customer service orientation

Required Knowledge & Qualifications;

  • Understanding of banking operations, policies, and procedures
  • Familiarity with organizational structure and administrative processes
  • Minimum of a first degree in a business related field from a recognized University with at least a Credit or better.
  • Grade Twelve Certificate with at least Five (05) Credits of better, including Mathematics and English.

Previous Work Experience Requirements;

Minimum of One (1) year experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative support role.
