Job Description

• Coordinate, monitor and evaluate the implementation of the Institution’s Annual Work Plan and Budget;
• Develop the overall framework of the monitoring and evaluation activities;
• Monitor and oversee regular reporting mechanisms on the activity implementation progress to Institution’s management and to the Ministry;
• Maintain regular liaison with departments to ensure the harmonization of work plans and budgets with Government strategies;
• Support the planning process at Districts levels ensuring that the plans are aligned with the earmarked funds and strategic plan of the institution;
• Analyze and makes specific recommendations concerning the development of planning proposals;
• Plan capacity building strategies for the Institution and oversee implementation of these strategies;
  Job Profile
  A0 in Economics, Project Management, Management, Development Studies, Business Administration with 3 years of working experience of Master's Degree in Economics, Project Management, Management, Development Studies, Business Administration
