JOB DETAILS:

Seeking an experienced Plant & Workshop Manager to ensure optimal performance of plant and equipment across active construction sites. The role is crucial in minimizing equipment downtime, ensuring operational readiness, and leading preventive maintenance and repair initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement maintenance schedules for all machinery and equipment
Lead and manage workshop staff, including fitters, mechanics, and operators
Oversee plant mobilization, inventory, spare parts procurement, and vendor management
Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, conduct audits, and enforce HSE protocols
Implement security and control systems to safeguard all equipment and tools

Qualifications & Experience:

Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Plant Engineering, or related field
At least 10 years of plant and workshop management experience
Hands-on experience with construction and earthmoving equipment
Proven leadership in planning, safety, and operational efficiency

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 120

Level of Education: bachelor degree
