Adroit Engineering Construction Limited, a fast-growing construction company based in Lusaka, is looking for a skilled and reliable Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to carry out plumbing installations, maintenance, and repair works on various construction projects while ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair water supply lines, drainage systems, and sanitation fixtures.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify plumbing issues and recommend corrective action.
• Install plumbing fittings such as sinks, taps, toilets, showers, valves, and pipes.
• Troubleshoot plumbing systems and diagnose faults accurately.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards on all plumbing works.
• Collaborate with site engineers, supervisors, and other team members to complete projects on time.
• Prepare reports on completed work and materials used.
• Perform any other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Craft Certificate in Plumbing from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in plumbing works (construction experience is an added advantage).
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Good understanding of safety procedures on construction sites.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Physically fit and willing to work on active construction sites.
• Successful candidate should be available to start as soon as possible
