JOB DETAILS:

Mungwi Park Gardens, a premier residential estate known for its serene environment and modern amenities, is seeking a skilled and reliable Plumber to join our maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fittings, fixtures, and drainage systems.

- Respond promptly to emergency plumbing calls (leaks, blockages, burst pipes).

- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on water supply and sanitation systems.

- Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety standards.

- Collaborate with the maintenance team on upgrades and renovations.

Requirements:

- Minimum Grade 12 Certificate a Craft Certificate in Plumbing from a recognized institution is required.

- At least 3 years of hands-on plumbing experience, preferably in residential or commercial properties.

- Strong knowledge of water systems, drainage, and sanitation.

- Ability to work independently and under pressure.

- Valid driver’s license is an added advantage.

- Must reside in or near Lusaka (Mungwi area preferred).
