Background
Ntapanza Farms is a well-established agricultural enterprise dedicated to sustainable and high-quality agricultural production. We are seeking experienced, committed, and results-driven professionals to join our team as Poultry Manager, Beef Manager, and Dairy Manager. These roles oversee daily farm operations, animal welfare, and staff.
Important Notes
Applicants must be 40 years or older and willing to commit to long-term rural living and work. Best suited to individuals who have lived in villages or worked on farms with extensive livestock experience. Farm is in a remote rural area with limited network connectivity and minimal amenities. Only serious applicants able to adapt to rural hardship conditions should apply.
Poultry Manager
Key Responsibilities
Oversee commercial poultry operations. Ensure poultry health, nutrition, welfare and biosecurity. Supervise staff. Maintain production and financial records. Improve efficiency and sustainability.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years managing commercial layer operations. Managed 10,000+ layer birds. Strong poultry production knowledge. Leadership and reporting skills. Professional references. Willing to live on-site.
