Background

Mpika School of Nursing and Health Sciences invites suitably qualified, experienced, and committed professionals to apply for the stated full-time positions.

This is a health sciences institution with a strong focus on Nursing and Clinical Medicine training. All successful candidates, including those in management positions, must be academically competent and willing to teach health sciences courses, particularly Nursing.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Master’s Degree or PhD in Nursing, Clinical Medicine, Public Health, Health Professions Education, or a related Health Sciences field.
• Registered with the relevant professional regulatory body (e.g., HPCZ, GNC, etc.).
• Minimum of 5 years senior academic and administrative experience in a health training institution.
• Demonstrated leadership, institutional management, and regulatory compliance experience.
• Strong background in curriculum development, accreditation processes, and quality assurance.
• Must be between 35–50 years of age.
• Must be available on a full-time basis.
• Must be willing and able to teach Nursing and related health courses.

• Must demonstrate high ethical standards and professionalism.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to work in a team-oriented academic environment.
