Job Overview:
We are seeking a Processing Technical Manager to lead technical operations within the process plant. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing throughput, recovery, and plant efficiency while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee metallurgical performance of the process plant
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to plant metallurgists and supervisors
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity
• Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams for smooth plant functioning
• Monitor KPIs and develop strategies to achieve production targets
• Manage budgeting, resource allocation, and capital projects related to processing

Qualifications:

• Degree in Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, or Process Engineering
• 7+ years’ experience in mineral processing with at least 3 years in management
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Familiar with plant control systems and metallurgical software

Level of Education: bachelor degree
