JOB DETAILS:

Department: Procurement and Supply
Location: Harvest University Campus
Reports to: Procurement Manager
Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:
The Procurement Officer will manage sourcing, purchasing, and vendor relations, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services in compliance with institutional policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source quotations and prepare purchase orders
• Negotiate with suppliers and ensure timely delivery
• Maintain procurement records and inventory updates
• Ensure compliance with procurement regulations
• Collaborate with other departments for procurement needs

Qualifications:

• Full Grade 12 Certificate
• Bachelor’s Degree in Purchasing and Supply
• Strong skills in inventory and procurement software
• Must be a member of a recognized procurement body

Work Hours: 8

Experience: No Requirements
