CALL FOR TEVETA ACCREDITED TRAINERS

Worden Institute is inviting suitably qualified and TEVETA-accredited trainers to join our growing academic team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons and training sessions.
  • Develop and update course materials, lesson plans, and assessments.
  • Conduct classroom, online, and practical training where applicable.
  • Evaluate learners through assignments, tests, projects, and examinations.
  • Monitor learner progress and provide academic guidance and support.
  • Maintain accurate student attendance and performance records.
  • Ensure training complies with institutional standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in curriculum review and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Utilize modern teaching methods and educational technologies.
  • Attend departmental meetings, workshops, and staff development activities.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or higher qualification in the relevant field.
  • Teaching qualification or Training of Trainers (TOT) certificate will be an added advantage.
  • Previous teaching, lecturing, or industry experience in the relevant discipline.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and online learning platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
