Requirements:
- Minimum BSc/MSc Nutrition & Food Science/Food Science/Food Technology Degree
- Min 4-6 years Hands-on Experience Developing Recipes/Meat Block Formulae in Meat Processing Industry
- Additional Experience in Dairy Industry advantageous
- Proven/Evidence Off hands-on experience in NPD, New Recipe Formulations, Sensory Analysis, Recipe Revamping, Product Matching
- 3-5 Years HACCP/Project Management/Technical Support/Customer Relationship Experience
- MS Office Suite Proficient – Advanced Excel
- Customer-centric, Strong Written Communicator and Interpersonal Abilities & Skills
- Independent, Confident, Practical, Responsible, Reliable
- Valid Unendorsed Drivers Licence – Minimum 7 years
