Mission
To promote the technical and operations support and communication flow, technical service and competence of the Surface machines. To ensure Customer Satisfaction during the contract period, through the cognizance of machine performance, and availability, including operating costs.

Core responsibilities / expectations
• Installation & commissioning of surface equipment
• Troubleshooting and technical assistance on the equipment
• Optimize drilling application according to site environment
• To ensure equipment performance and high equipment availability,
• Conduct regular machine audits and inspections
• Assist customer in schedule and preventive and back log maintenance
• Attend breakdown calls as required
• Assist in maintenance and critical parts planning
• Conduct operator and maintenance staff training and evolution
• Share best practises and assist Operator in drilling application
• Perform RigScan on scheduled intervals
• Build strong relationships with our customers
• Implementation and monitoring of new technologies in area of responsibility
• Weekly status reports
• Suggested improvements to Epiroc and customers
• Record keeping of implementation process with suggested improvements

Competences, skills and experience
• Certificate in HER/Electrical or equivalent
• Valid Silicosis certificate
• Minimum 5 years of experience on surface mining equipment such as Pitvipers and DMLs.
