JOB DETAILS:

Overall Purpose of the Role:

To drive the growth, penetration, and operational excellence of the Super Dealer Agent network within your assigned zone. You will be responsible for achieving aggressive targets by effectively supervising field staff, implementing strategic plans, and ensuring the network remains active, productive, and compliant.

Key Responsibilities & Strategic Actions

• Meet Zonal Active Base & Penetration Targets
• Employee Supervision & Management
• Planning

Qualifications and experience

• Diploma or Degree in Banking and Finance, Business administration or equivalent
• Three years of working experience in a similar role
• Class A motor bike license or Motor vehicle license or both

Other Attributes:

• Must exhibit a high level of integrity
• Trustworthy and honest
• Must be a team player
• Ability to work with minimum supervision
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good leadership skills
• Must be willing to relocate and work in Chipata and assigned towns/districts
