12+ years of experience managing large-scale IT Infrastructure and Digital Transformation programs in customer-facing environments.

Act as the primary point of contact between client leadership, business stakeholders, vendors, and delivery teams, ensuring successful project execution and stakeholder satisfaction.

Lead and govern projects across The Vinci, Qualys VMDR, SysTrack/DEX, Windows 11, Intune Co-Management, Autopilot, Azure SSPR, M365 Exchange Migration, M365 SharePoint Migration, Skype for Business Migration, Entra ID/IAM, SIEM/SOAR (Microsoft Sentinel), Network Refresh, SD-WAN, Infrastructure Provisioning, Server Upgrade, and Storage Upgrade.

Drive project planning, governance, risk management, dependency tracking, change control, and milestone delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams.

Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and customer communications while ensuring alignment with business objectives and contractual commitments.

Facilitate executive governance meetings, status reporting, escalations, and decision-making with senior stakeholders and leadership teams.

Strong leadership, stakeholder management, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills with expertise in managing global delivery teams and complex transformation engagements
