We are recruiting!
Our client in Lusaka is looking for a Project Manager to join their team for a job vacancy within the agro-business industry.

Job Qualification Requirement:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• A Business Management & Project Management related qualification will be an added advantage.
• Five (5) year working experience as Project Manager.
• Ability to write and interpret technical drawings
• Proficiency in the use of MS Office programs.
• Able to operate AUTOCAD software
• Good Analytical, Problem solving, interpersonal and People management

Responsibilities:
• Coordinating with Group Operations Manager, architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Work with Group Operations Manager to ensure that appropriate contract is in place for any 3rd party contractors.
• Ensure that all identified contractors are suitably pre-qualified/assured for the delivery of the project.
• Report on project technical scope performance against the baseline plan and stated benefits of the project.
• Ensure that all project personnel receive an appropriate orientation to the organization, the project, and the safety protocols and procedures of the organization.
• Facilitate the generation of the technical project risk register (including 3rd part risk registers) and its ongoing management.
• Estimate time and materials required to complete projects within specified budgets
