This position is responsible to oversee planning, coordination and execution of construction projects from start to finish. Ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget and up to standard.

Primary Qualifications:

  • Must be a Zambian Citizen
  • Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
  • At least 15 years post graduate experience
  • Excellent communication and negotiations abilities
  • Proficient with project management software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of construction laws safety regulations and quality standards
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
  • Must have a valid EIZ membership certificate
