Procurement Method: Bidding will be conducted using the Open National Selection (ONS) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act No.8 of 2020 and the Public Procurement Regulations of 2022, and is open to all citizen and local bidders as defined in the Bidding Documents, except that citizen bidders shall be given priority at the financial evaluation stage.

Bid Submission:

• Platform: The bids should be submitted through the Zambia Public Procurement Authority Electronic Government Procurement (e-GP) platform.
• Deadline: Thursday, 11th December 2025, at 08:30 hours CAT.
• Late Bids: Any bids received after this stipulated time shall not be accepted.
• Hard Copies: Shall not be accepted.

Bid Opening: Bids will be opened immediately after the tender is closed at the Pensions and Insurance Authority, Stand No. 4618, Lubwa Road, Off Church Road, Rhodes Park, Lusaka. Bidders or their representatives are permitted to attend the bid opening.
