Tender for the Provision of Cleaning and Sanitary Services at Central Office, Cibolya, Kanyama – CS/CO/CCC/KCC/GCC-07/2025

Children International Zambia is based in Lusaka and is an affiliate of Children International, a global development organization, headquartered in Kansas City, USA. Children International’s vision is to bring people together to end poverty for good. Our mission is to connect people around the world in the fight to end poverty. The organization has three Community Centres in Chibolya, Kanyama and George.

Children International Zambia, is therefore inviting reputable and well-established organisations specialized  in offering cleaning and sanitary services to bid as per scope below:

SCOPE OF WORKS.

1. Central Office – Rhodespark

• Office Cleaning – One Staff
• Gardening and Exterior Cleaning – One Staff
• Sanitary Services – Weekly Collection (2 Bins)

2. Chibolya Community Centre

• Sanitary Services – Weekly Collection (2 Bins)

3. Kanyama Community Centre

• Sanitary Services – Weekly Collection (2 Bins)

4. George Community Centre

• Sanitary Services – Weekly Collection (2 Bins)

Requirements:

1.     Must provide at least 3 Contract or LPO copies as  proof of experience in offering similar services, preferably in NGO or Public sectors.

2.     Must provide 3 recommendation letters from previous or current clients.

3.     Must provide valid tax clearance certificate.

4.     Must provide a certificate of incorporation.

Site Visit

A mandatory site visit will be conducted on Monday 28th July 2025.

Bid Submission

Sealed Bids must be deposited in a tender box at Children International Zambia Central Office situated at No. 18 Mulombwa Close, Off Bwinjimfumu Road, Rhodespark, Lusaka, Zambia.

The closing date for receiving bids is Thursday 31st July 2025 at 14:00 Hours.
