Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement public relations and advertising campaigns.
• Manage the company’s public image and maintain positive media relations.
• Create engaging content for social media, marketing materials, and promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate events, promotions, and corporate communications activities.
• Handle customer and stakeholder inquiries professionally.
• Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on campaign performance.
• Promote company services to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with management to develop effective communication strategies.

Qualifications

• Aged 20 to 35 years with NRC and resident of Lusaka.
• Clear, confident voice and excellent communication skills.
• Certificate in Public Relations and Advertising, Journalism and Public Relations, TV Presentation, or Radio Production.
