JOB DETAILS:
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Business Management, Industrial Management, or related field
ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor Certification
ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor Certification
Experience & Competencies
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Quality Management Systems
- Experience developing, implementing, and auditing ISO 9001 Management Systems
- Experience conducting process mapping and continuous improvement initiatives
- Experience supporting certification audits
- Strong understanding of quality assurance and quality control principles
- Excellent documentation and analytical skills
General Requirements
Successful candidates should demonstrate:
- Professional consulting experience within mining, infrastructure, manufacturing, energy, agriculture, conservation, or industrial sectors
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to facilitate training workshops and stakeholder engagements
- Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams
- High ethical and professional standards
- Willingness to travel nationally and regionally when required
