Job Description

• Prepare the feasibility studies for client requests;
  
• Price forecast the cost of the different housing and housing related projects;
  
• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation;
  
• Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjusting budget projections accordingly;
  
• Assist in procuring the contractors and/or subcontractors who work on the building project;
  
• Measure and value the work done on site;
  
• Assist in establishing a client's requirements and undertake feasibility studies.
  

Job Profile

A0 in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or A1 inQuantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management with 3 years working experience
