            INVITATION TO REGISTER AS SUPPLIER FOR 2025 – 2026

Zambart is a non-governmental organisation that conducts health research on issues of public health importance in Zambia.

Zambart is inviting eligible companies to register as suppliers of goods and services for the two calendar years 2025 – 2026 in the following categories:

CATEGORIES

1. Stationery and office supplies
2. Supply of computers and computer accessories/consumables
3. Maintenance of computers and printers
4. Outside catering services (in Lusaka, Choma)
5. Courier services
6. Travel agency services
7. Laboratory and medical supplies, medical equipment and consumables
8. Branding and Promotional materials (T-shirts/ banners/ leaflets/ posters/   videos)
9. Printing/photocopying and publishing services
10. Transcription and translation services (Tonga/Bemba/Nyanja)
11. Customs clearing and forwarding services
12. Hotel and Lodge accommodation and conference services in Lusaka, Ndola, Kitwe, Choma, Kafue and Livingstone.
13. Supply of Office equipment, and furniture
14. Car hire and tours services
15. Office Cleaning Services
16. Medical waste collection services
17. Construction Services
18. Maintenance of Buildings, fixtures, fittings, and other office equipment
19. Maintenance of Plumbing systems/works
20. Electrical Maintenance services
21. Servicing of fire extinguishers
22. Motor Vehicle maintenance and repairs
23. Supply of Motor vehicle tyres and batteries
24. Servicing of Air conditioning systems

Supplier Registration forms are available from the Finance Office at a non-refundable fee of K500.00

REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION

• Completed Supplier Registration Form
• Copy of Zambart receipt – proof of registration payment
• Copy of Business Registration Certificates e.g. PACRA,
• Tax Clearance Certificate
• Proof of previous experience in relevant categories
• Audited Financial Statements (last 2 years)
• Other relevant documents (e.g., copies of certifications, licenses)

APPLICATION DEADLINE

Completed forms and documents must be submitted to the Tender Box at Zambart, UNZA Ridgeway Campus, Off Nationalist Road, Lusaka not later than 15:30 hrs on Friday, 7th March 2025. Late submissions will not be considered.

Please note that those that had put in their tender previously do not need to submit again.
