Job Description Summary
The Management Accountant Position is a one-year fixed term contract with an opportunity to explore accounting roles in various sectors. The Management Accountant plays a significant role in ensuring the financial position and strategic decision-making of the organization. This position requires a blend of financial expertise, analytical skills, and strategic thinking to provide accurate financial insights and support to management. The Management Accountant collaborates with various departments to analyze financial data, prepare budgets, monitor
performance, and recommend cost-effective solutions to enhance profitability and efficiency. This role demands strong attention to deletivate excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree (Merit) in Accounting, Finance and/or Economics
• "Exam complete" for CA-Zambia, CIMA or ACCA
• Relevant experience in Management Accounting in diverse and busy environments
• Knowledge and experience in MS Office and advanced excel skills are non-negotiable.
• Big data management and analytics skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to line up competing responsibilities to ensure delivery of deadlines.
• Ability to present oneself in a competent and professional manner.
