JOB DETAILS:

Rephidim Institute has existed for the past 34 years offering high quality Education for both primary and secondary Education. 2.    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Recruiting and training of security Guards.
• Conducting periodicals evaluations and assessments for confirmations, promotions / awarding of deserving guards.
• Coordinating security services provided to clients within the catchment area of the Rephidim community.
• Preparing and Submitting Reports to the supervising officer.
• Carry out any other duties as shall be assigned by the supervisor Management.

3.     REQUIREMENTS

1.   Full grade 12 certificate with five credits or better, including English.

2.    Zambian with National Registration card.

3.   Trained in any Security Field and should be physically fit.

4.   Strong Christian values.

5.   Minimum of 5 years work experience with traceable references.

6.   Clearance with Zambia police is a must.

7.   Must be ready to start work immediately.

Level of Education: high school
