JOB DETAILS:
• World Renew is looking for a Regional Justice and Gender Coordinator to support the justice and gender dimensions of World Renew programs in Southern Africa (Malawi, Zambia & Mozambique). The successful candiate will provide technical assistance, resources, guidance, training, and support to World Renew staff and local partner organizations.

Duties and responsibilities will include:
1. Strengthen the justice components of World Renew programs
2. Strengthen the gender justice components of World Renew programs
3. Coordinate communication with others
4. Mobilize resources

Qualifications include:
• Mature Christian commitment and ability to work respectfully with various church denominations within the cultural context of Southern Africa
• Legal right to work in Mozambique, Malawi or Zambia
• Bachelor’s degree in community development (or a related field), Master’s degree is preferred
• Significant experience in supporting/implementing justice interventions.
• Experience in mainstreaming justice into programming from a Biblical foundation will be an advantage.
