We are on the hunt for a Regional Sales Manager to join our vibrant team. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to oversee our regional sales operations, lead Field Managers and Sales Representatives, and push boundaries to achieve excellence.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and inspire regional sales teams to meet and exceed targets
Build lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Monitor and evaluate performance across the region, recognizing top talent
Conduct surprise field visits to ensure compliance with company standards
Analyse market trends and identify opportunities for growth
Promote innovation, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction
Provide timely solutions to operational challenges
Contribute to expansion strategies and new service offerings
Drive revenue growth while maintaining strong leadership and compliance

What You’ll Need:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
Full Grade 12 certificate
At least 2 years’ experience in a similar leadership role
A valid driver’s license (minimum 2 years preferred)
Proven track record in sales and team leadership
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism
